Instructions for Using the Switch
1. The battery has the positive electrode facing inward (towards the lamp head) and the negative electrode facing outward (towards the tail).
2. The switch is at the end, with the switch function being on/off and pressing lightly being the dimming function.
2. Circuit Board Usage Instructions
1. Our store's flashlight uses advanced voltage stabilization and constant current technology, which can effectively address the requirements for voltage stabilization and constant current in LED flashlights.
2. Special Tips: a. Do not use at overvoltage, the voltage should not exceed 4.2V b. The battery should be placed with the positive terminal facing forward, do not reverse it, otherwise it will damage the board c. Pay attention to controlling the temperature change of the flashlight to ensure heat dissipation d. Non-professionals should not open the circuit board
3. Warranty Instructions: Opening or damaging the circuit board will void the warranty.
3. Instructions for Using Lithium Batteries
1. Most flashlight batteries mainly use 18650 and 16340 lithium batteries.
2. Characteristics of lithium batteries: The charging methods of lithium batteries and phone batteries are completely different; lithium batteries have no memory and can be charged at any time without overcharging or overdischarging.
3. Charge for at least 6 hours each time, and then just wait until the charger's green light turns on.No need to overcharge.
4. The Nature discharge rate of lithium batteries is about 1% or less of its charge every day when not in use. Although it's slow, it prevents them from being left unused for too long.
5. Pay attention to the battery's waterproof, shockproof, and drop-resistant features.
6. Special reminder to use a three-proof charger with protection against overcharging, reverse connection, and short circuit
7. If the battery is not used for a long time, it should be fully charged and stored. Normally, it should be charged and discharged again after about three months
8. Warranty instructions: The battery is no longer under warranty after leaving the factory.
4. Instructions for Using the Flashlight
1. When using the flashlight, choose according to the flashlight's voltage and battery requirements. Do not use randomly to prevent burning the circuit board. Do not use batteries of different models and voltages simultaneously.
2. During use, when the brightness of the flashlight changes significantly, turn it off to prevent battery overcharging
Release.
3. Heat dissipation tips: During the use of the flashlight, ensure heat dissipation. It is strongly recommended to use the second setting when the battery is fully charged to extend the lifespan of both the flashlight head and battery. Holding the flashlight tightly by hand is a good way to dissipate heat; it is advisable to let it cool down before turning it on again for heat dissipation.
4. Strengthen prevention based on the instructions regarding waterproofing and shockproofing of the flashlight.
5. Keep the inner wall of the lamp cup clean and do not wipe it with hands or hard objects; to remove fingerprints from the lens, gently wipe with a cotton swab dipped in lens cleaner.
6. Do not shine the flashlight directly into people's eyes to avoid affecting their vision, especially children.
7. If you are not going to use the flashlight for a long time (one month or more), please remove the battery to avoid chemical corrosion.
Protection Instructions
1. Do not expose the flashlight to sunlight, water, chemicals, and corrosive gases for extended periods to avoid damaging the flashlight's protective layer.
2. To keep the O-ring and threads running smoothly, apply Vaseline oil on their surface 2-3 times a year.
Six. Troubleshooting
1. Check the battery: Ensure that the battery has power and install it in the correct direction. Do not use batteries from different brands, and do not mix old and new batteries.
2. Check the tail cap: Ensure that the switch is tightly screwed and in good contact, ensuring that the copper posts of the tail cap are in good contact with the metal ring of the tail cap.
3. Check if the lamp head is loose.
