Our store returns without reason within 7 days. If there is no quality issue with the return, our store will not bear the postage.
1、 The issue of seven day no reason return and 15 day guaranteed exchange:
1. Customers are free to return or exchange goods within seven days from the date of receipt. Goods received for more than seven days can only be exchanged and cannot be returned
2. Customers who have received the goods for more than seven days but are within 15 days can only exchange and cannot return them. Customers who have received the goods for more than 15 days cannot return or exchange them (regular customers with large quantities are guaranteed to exchange within 30 days)
2、 Freight bearing issue:
1. The situation where the seller bears the round-trip shipping cost: quality issues, wrong shipment (item number, color, size), missing or missing shipments, and other issues determined as the seller's responsibility after negotiation;
2. The situation where the buyer bears the round-trip freight: non quality issues;
3. For any special events, the postage for returns and exchanges without quality issues shall be borne by the buyer;

3、 The following situations belong to quality issues

4、 Quality issue returns and exchanges:
1. Return - Quality issue photo verification. Buyers with quality issues will first advance the shipping fee, while those with non quality issues will be responsible for the exchange (if the exchanged item is higher than the original item, a supplementary shipping link needs to be taken). - Quality issue photo verification. The seller will advance the shipping fee, and then the buyer will provide us with the tracking number for the exchange. We will register the cashback fee with a screenshot of the buyer's receipt. Exchange - For non quality issues, if the buyer provides the tracking number for the return, we will provide you with the tracking number for the shipment
2. Each party needs to submit an application to customer service within 7 days of the customer signing for it. If it exceeds 7 days, it will not be returned or exchanged;
3. Provide detailed pictures of shoes with quality issues, negotiate with customer service, and notify the buyer to send them back (the postage will be paid by the buyer, and our company will indeed pay for the transfer of postage after signing for it. Refuse any collect shipment for any reason)
4. Please keep track of your information in a timely manner and contact our company by taking screenshots after signing for it. Our company will register a refund within 48 hours of receiving the package. Thank you
5、 The following situations are considered non quality issues:
There are thread ends, color differences, thickness, not suitable for oneself to wear, different from imagination, too large or too small, etc
6、 Non quality issue returns and exchanges:
1. If you need to exchange goods, you need to place a new order in our store;
2. Each party needs to submit an application to customer service within 7 days of the customer signing for it. If it exceeds 7 days and falls within 15 days, the goods can be freely exchanged; (postage to be borne by oneself)
3. Communicate and negotiate with customer service, apply for a refund (postage to be deducted), and notify the buyer to send it back;
4. After the customer applies for a refund, please be sure to remind customer service to communicate with them in a timely manner to improve efficiency;
5. After the buyer returns the item, please provide the return tracking number in a timely manner. Any situation where the item is lost due to failure to provide the return tracking number in a timely manner will be the responsibility of the buyer;
