Product Sampling: All types of protective gear can be sampled based on the physical samples or images provided by the customer. Fabric materials can be selected according to customer requirements to control the unit cost of the product. Generally, fabrics in standard colors are available in stock, while special colors require bulk ordering.Sample production time: approximately 3-7 days, sample fee: charged according to the complexity of the product, ranging from 100 to 300 yuan, refundable after placing an order.The fee for creating a logo is charged separately: the fee for heat-transfer logo is 300 yuan, the fee for rubber logo is 600 yuan, the fee for woven label logo is 300 yuan, and the fee for embroidery of 1-3 colors is 100-300 yuan. 4. Order contract: Both parties confirm the product style, quantity, unit price, color, material, logo production process, and delivery time, and then sign the order contract.All matters are subject to the provisions of the contract. 5. Production time: Generally, the production time for fabrics in stock is about 15 days. If the order is very urgent, production can be prioritized according to the workshop's scheduling, and delivery can be arranged as early as possible.Special materials and color customization take about 15-30 days. 6. Packaging method: Each product is packaged in an OPP bag (transparent plastic bag), 100-200 pieces per box, using high-quality, durable cardboard boxes to prevent product damage during transportation. 7. Shipping method: We can arrange for shipment, and the freight cost is as agreed in the contract.Our factory can arrange for delivery to your door.Customers from other regions can choose: a. Car transport (there are dedicated direct-line logistics companies with long-term partnerships, or you can use logistics companies like Xinbang, Debang, etc., with the option of designated door-to-door delivery or cash on delivery).b. Air transport (suitable for customers with particularly urgent needs, faster delivery comes at a higher cost). 8. Payment method: A 30% deposit is required when placing an order. You can inspect the goods at our factory before delivery, and the remaining 70% balance will be paid before shipment is arranged. You can also choose to use the payment collection service of logistics companies like Debon, where you pay upon inspection of the goods at the local logistics company before picking up the goods.
